The BEST Pork Chops Recipe
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 tsp dry rosemary, crumbled
2 cloves garlic, crushed
4 thick boneless chops (about 1 1/2 inches, may use bone-in)
How To Cook The Dish:
Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl, mix well.
Place chops in a heavy plastic bag (freezer) and pour marinade over top. Expel air and seal bag.
Turn bag around several times to evenly distribute marinade.
Place in fridge for 4-24 hours.
Remove chops and place on broiling pan, reserving marinade.
Broil for 12-15 minutes, turning once and basting occasionally with reserved marinade.
