Lemon Meringue Cupcake Recipe
Can I give this 10 stars?!?!?! Amazing cupcakes, me and my guests loved every bite. I made about a week in advance, froze (with out lemon and topping) and thawed about an hour before go time. Not one person could tell they had been frozen.
All in all I would make these for any occasion, they are light, lemony and delicious. They may look a little complicated to make but trust me they are not. They are so simple to make. Check out the recipe and give them a go. You will NOT be disappointed.
